سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع

• الرجاء التأكد من القطعة والمقاس خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب.
• في حال وجود خطأ في الطلب، الرجاء التواصل معنا، وسيقوم فريق العمل باستلام القطعة ومعاينتها.
• إذا كان الخطأ من جهتنا، سيتم تصحيح الطلب ونتحمل كافة تكاليف الشحن والتعديل.
• في حال اختيار العميل تنفيذ الطلب بشكل مستعجل، يبدأ التنفيذ فورًا بعد تأكيد الطلب، وبالتالي لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديل بعد بدء التنفيذ

•  لا يمكن إجراء أي تعديل على المقاسات أو التصميم بعد إتمام الدفع. في حال وجود استثناء، يتم ذلك حصريًا عبر القناة الرسمية المختارة وبموافقة خطية وموثّقة من الإدارة الى البريد الالكتروني ويتحمّل العميل جميع التكاليف المترتبة.

  إذا كان الخطأ من العميل، يتحمل العميل جميع التكاليف، بما في ذلك الشحن والتعديل (في حال كان التعديل ممكنًا).
• جميع القطع تُفصّل حسب الطلب، ولا يمكن استرجاع المبلغ بعد تأكيد الطلب والدفع.
• يستغرق تنفيذ الطلب من أسبوعين إلى 7 أسابيع.
• التوصيل داخل الإمارات: من يومين إلى 7 أيام عمل.
• التوصيل إلى دول الخليج: من 3 إلى 4 أيام عمل عبر شركة أرامكس.
• القطع المجانية تُرفق حسب التوفر فقط.
• يتحمل العميل جميع الرسوم الجمركية إن وجدت.
• في حال حدوث تأخير خارج عن إرادتنا (مثل الجمارك أو شركة الشحن)، نرجو من العميل تفهم الوضع ومتابعة الشحنة مع الجهة المختصة.
• بمجرد تسليم الطلب لشركة الشحن، تصبح مسؤولية الشحنة على شركة الشحن، وعلى العميل المتابعة معهم في حال حدوث أي تأخير أو مشكلة.

Return & Exchange Policy (English Version)

• Please inspect your item and size within 3 days of receiving your order.
• If there is any issue with the order, please contact us. Our team will collect and inspect the item.
• For urgent orders, production begins immediately upon confirmation. Therefore, no modifications can be made once production has started.
• No changes to measurements or design can be made after payment is confirmed. In the event of an exception, it must be requested exclusively through the chosen official channel and requires documented written approval from management and shall be sent through email. All related costs will be borne by the client.
• If the mistake is from our side, we will correct the order and cover all shipping and alteration costs.
• If the mistake is from the customer, they are responsible for all costs, including shipping and alterations (if alteration is possible).
• All pieces are custom-made per order, and no refunds are provided after the order is confirmed and paid.
• Production takes 2 to 7 weeks.
• UAE delivery: Takes 2 to 7 working days.
• GCC delivery: Takes 3 to 4 working days via Aramex.
• Free items are included based on availability.
• Customers are responsible for any customs or tax fees if applicable.
• In case of delay due to customs or shipping company, we kindly ask customers to understand and follow up directly with the shipping provider.
• Once the order is handed over to the shipping company, the responsibility of the shipment lies with them. Customers should follow up directly with the courier in case of delays or issues.
